Vibrational Healing With Pine Essential oil
What Is Vibrational Healing?
Vibrational healing is a holistic practice that uses energy frequencies to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Everything in the universe vibrates at specific frequencies, including our bodies. When these frequencies become imbalanced due to stress, illness, or trauma, vibrational healing works to restore harmony by applying energy through sound, crystals, essential oils, or other tools
In aromatherapy, for instance, essential oils carry unique vibrational signatures that can align with and uplift your body's energy field. Similarly, herbs and teas infuse subtle energetic properties that help recalibrate your inner frequency. The goal is to clear energetic blockages, boost your natural healing capacity, and create a state of balance that supports living your best magical life.
Think of vibrational healing as tuning a cosmic radio—when your frequency is synced up, everything feels more vibrant, clear, and connected. How to create your own pine blend
Crafting your own pine essential oil blend is like bottling a breath of the forest. To create a unique and harmonious pine recipe, follow the 30/50/20 blending rule. This involves using 30% top notes, 50% middle notes, and 20% base notes.
Top notes (30%)
These are the lighter scents that hit your nose first.
Good pairings with pine: Citrus oils like lemon, grapefruit, and bergamot add a bright, fresh scent. Mint oils such as peppermint and spearmint add a fresh, invigorating aroma.
Middle notes (50%)
These scents create the body of your blend and give it character.
Good pairings with pine: Lavender and rosemary provide herbaceous and floral elements. Spikenard and coriander add a subtle spicy scent.
Base notes (20%)
These are the heavier, more grounding scents that linger the longest.
Good pairings with pine: Other woodsy oils like cedarwood and cypress pair well. Frankincense and myrrh add a warm, rich, and earthy quality.
Have fun and be creative . Have a set intention in mind ( aromatically, therapeutically, etc..) and go from there.
